COVID19 UPDATE
Dear Customers,
We hope you are all safe and well during this difficult period. Having been keeping up to date with the latest Governmental advice regarding Covid-19 we have decided that wherever possible to continue with our service at this present time.
We will be adhering to the advice regarding social distancing and self-isolation for our staff where appropriate and to any other advice or legislation passed regarding the transmission of the virus.
To help achieve this we have made the following changes to our procedures when visiting your homes or premises:
Use of telephone, e-mail or text messaging to inform clients when on site and to discuss garden maintenance and projects.
Avoidance of direct contact with surfaces or objects that clients may also use e.g Outside taps/hose pipes without first consulting client and washing down after use (gloves will also always be worn by staff when on site)
Regular wearing and changing of protective gloves.
Should clients prefer direct conversation with staff then ‘social distancing’ guidelines (currently 2 Metres) will be adhered to by all staff.
Job sheets will no longer be left on site but will be scanned and attached to e-mail invoices.
Where clients still receive postal invoices, a copy of the relevant job sheet will be enclosed. Unfortunately, staff will be instructed not to accept refreshments from clients. At present, our staff are not directly affected by exposure to the virus, but obviously if this changes then it may lead to a reduction in our ability to provide a regular service. Should this occur, then we will contact you in advance of your scheduled visit.
Finally, we would like to offer anyone local in need a free service to collect and deliver essential items and food where we can. Please just contact us via any of the usual ways and we would be happy to help. If you have any other queries or concerns or if there is any other way in which we can help, please do not hesitate to contact me or speak directly to one of my colleagues.
Many thanks and best wishes,
Mike
